Privacy

We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to deliver your order, and we never sell your data.

What we collect and why

Order requests: your name, phone number, e-mail, delivery address, optional company, preferred date, what you would like, how you heard about us and any notes. We use them only to confirm and deliver your order. Requests are kept for at most 12 months and then deleted automatically.
Customer record: we keep your requests and the messages we send you together in one record, so we can serve you better next time. It is deleted automatically 12 months after our last contact, or sooner if you ask.
To block spam we store a salted hash of your IP address next to the request, never the address itself.
Visit counting (everyone): page, the site that sent you, campaign tags in the link, country, device type and a daily-changing anonymous number. No cookies, nothing stored on your device, nothing that identifies you.
Detailed analytics (only if you click "Accept"): a random ID kept in your browser to recognise return visits, your approximate city and the name of the network you connect from (your internet provider or employer). If you then send an order request, we see which pages you read before it.
Replies: we may use an AI writing assistant (Anthropic) to draft or proofread our replies to you. It sees the details of your request; a person reads and sends every message.
If you message us on Instagram, we use the conversation only to answer you.

Necessary: we remember your consent choice in your browser.
Detailed analytics: only after you accept. Anonymous visit counting uses no cookies. No advertising trackers.
You can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Cloudflare — hosting, database, approximate location of visits, and Turnstile, the check on the order form that tells people from bots.
Square — card payments, if you pay online. We never see your card details.
Anthropic — AI writing assistant for our replies.
OasisLabs — website maintenance.
Meta (Instagram) — if you message us there.
